We respectfully submit that this policy violation has been raised in error and request a thorough review of the flagged activity.

What actually occurred:
On or around March 16, 2026, the account owner (Mohsin Ijaz Khalid) was logged into Echo Store Ltd's Seller Central account on Amazon.com in one browser tab. Simultaneously, he was browsing Amazon.ca in a separate browser tab to conduct routine competitive market research. During this session, he opened the product listing for ASIN B0G574TWWH to review customer feedback and product positioning.

While on that listing page, the "Write a Review" button was clicked to view the review interface. No review was written. No review was submitted. The session was closed without any review content being entered or published.

We believe Amazon's system detected the simultaneous presence of a Seller Central session and browsing activity on a competitor's listing and algorithmically flagged this as review manipulation — which it was not.

We respectfully request Amazon to verify: Does any review — positive or negative — currently exist on ASIN B0G574TWWH that is linked to any buyer account associated with Echo Store Ltd, Mohsin Ijaz Khalid, Muhammad Ibtisam, or Sajjad Mushtaq? We are fully confident no such review exists, which directly proves this violation was triggered in error.

Our team and their roles:
- Mohsin Ijaz Khalid — Owner
- Muhammad Ibtisam (ash.ibtisam@gmail.com) — Contributor
- Sajjad Mushtaq, listed in Seller Central as "Dhe Para" (Dheparadox@gmail.com) — Contributor

All three team members have individually confirmed they had no involvement in any review-related activity on this or any competitor ASIN. Their signed declarations are attached to this appeal.

Corrective measures implemented immediately:
1. All team members are now required to use completely separate browser profiles for Seller Central access and personal Amazon browsing — no crossover permitted on the same session.
2. A strict internal policy has been documented prohibiting access to competitor product listings while logged into Seller Central on the same device or browser.
3. All team members have re-read and acknowledged Amazon's "Acting Fairly" section of the Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct.

We have always operated Echo Store Ltd with full integrity and have never engaged in, authorized, or benefited from any review manipulation activity. We sincerely request Amazon to reverse this violation and restore our account's standing.
